Members Verence
I don't really WANT to get rid of any of my current stuff unless it's in my SPAM links. But I'm always interested in upgrading. Especially interested in quality effects pedals, G&L, Gibson, Fender, Gretsch, heads/cabs/combos for either bass or guitar. But hit me up with any trade ideas, who knows? Members here2trade
Hey, I am interested in the Strat. I've got an JEN Super Crybaby, handmade in Italy: (http://www.seymourduncan.com/forum/showthread.php?t=115657) which is a steal at $180, and, a 160-watt Fender Stage 112SE combo (~45 lbs), that I would trade outright for the Strat. Members Puckman
Hey, Verence, I have a "Hot British" Radial Tonebone distortion pedal i'm willing to trade. Would that interest you? (Not sure yet what I'd wanna trade it for) And what's the scoop on the Lopo cab? What's the impedance on those speakers? Do you have pictures of it? Members tocs100
If it was any effect but chorus I might've taken you up on it. I really like Rockman, though. It's a chorus AND analog delay. I'd trade it straight across plus an as-new Dano Fish 'n' Chips eq for the Stingray bass.
Members Verence
Damn, lots of activity all of a sudden. I'll get some pics of the cab up in a sec. It's 8 ohm stereo.I'm interested in the Hot British, but I dunno what I'd trade for it. Let me know if you come up with anything. No trades interest me so far. Sorry to be so picky. Members Puckman
Also, talk to me about the Compressor-Sustainer and Big Muff pedals. What condition are they in? Clean? I might be interested in those too.
Members Verence
Everything I have is clean and in very good condition. I don't smoke and don't gig (yet).
Members Puckman
Same here, for what it's worth. Let me think on this. About the cab. What does stereo mean exactly? Are the 2 speakers wired in parallel? stereo inputs?I am somewhat interested in a 2x12 to plug my Champ 600 into, but the champ is a 4ohm output i believe. Members Verence
I don't know the terminology, but it has two jacks, each wired to a speaker. The speakers aren't connected to each other at all.
Members bassturd
boy that randall is NICE... looks oddly familiar
Members Puckman
I don't know the terminology, but it has two jacks, each wired to a speaker. The speakers aren't connected to each other at all. Thx for replying to my questions So does that mean when you plug into a given jack, you only get one of the speakers in action? You have to plug in 2 jacks to get 2 speakers?(Technically, yes, that would be "stereo").
Members Verence
Yup, you'd need an amp with two 8 ohm outs (which the Randall has). Either that or some other solution I haven't thought of.
Members Puckman
Would you trade the Big Muff + Compressor CS3 + cash for the radial tonebone?
Members Verence
How much cash?
Members Puckman
This is what I figure. Prices new: Tonebone $190CS3 ($90) + Big Muff ($60) = $150 That's new. Assuming your pedals are an excellent condition (the tonebone is near mint) . Say we price our stuff at 75% of the new price. That's $140ish for the tonebone. $110ish for your 2 pedals. So i figure about $30 should do it. What do you think?
