One is S/S/S with a hole for a mini-switch and the other is an H/H configuration with the usual controls cutouts. The third is a white pearl H/S/H also with a hole for a mini-switch and the usual controls cutouts. The fourth is a black pearl S/S/S with the usual controls cutouts, still in its OEM packaging.
