Members 303face
I am just learning on when to use filters and am wondering where the low/high pass filters are in Sony Acid 4.0 or Soundforge and how to apply them to a sample/loop. Ive been looking around but cant find any thing definitive where I can select a "filter".
Members Yoozer
You might want to use a VST effect for that. AFAIK SoundForge doesn't have a neat real-time-tweakfilter kind of thing.
Members Allerian
303 - go to the track effects and add the Resonant Filter effect to the chain. Then you can right-click your track and add a control envelope connected to the freq. and 'draw' your desired filter in pretty much real-time as you monitor. -Robert
