I always tell myself that I will have more time to record projects but between work and school, recording is my last concern right now and this device is too cool to just let sit around until I'm ready. I also think it's cool that you can daisy chain this with other devices. This thing is also built like a tank! It's going for 429.00 on Musicians Friend - I'd like to get $315.00 but I'll entertain offers. I'll also include an additional cable I purchased so that this device can be used on a laptop, which typically uses a 4 pin firewire instead of the standard 6 pin.
