They have a good low end and midrange response. Stanford Acoustics labeled speakers they bought from Sammi Sound Technology. They seem to be holding up to high power abuse. However, in practice esp with distortion or in a closed back cab, you should take it down a notch to be safe. If you want a full range cab, you will need a crossover or at least a capacitor for the horns. Let me know if you need more info on selecting a capacitor or crossover.
