Members br5150 Posted May 15, 2004 Members Share Posted May 15, 2004 I know I should probably post this in the Recording Forum but I figured you guys would be more apt to answer my question because the last time I posted in there I got one response. But anywho here goes. I was wondering if I were to record onto a TASCAM 2488 would it be possible for me to process individual tracks through rack effects lets say something like a Sherman Filterbank 2 or a Line6 Filter Pro? And also would I be able to mix and process tracks on a Computer based program like Pro Tools and Fruity Loops? Thanks! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Members oddbods finger Posted May 16, 2004 Members Share Posted May 16, 2004 you need to check if it can send audio for external processing.See the Tascam website for the specs.I would imagine it can though. for the second part of your Q, if the Tascam can import WAV files to individual tracks then the answer is yes.
