Just some simple sampling, possibly with an attachment like the digital cameras, looping and a GM soundset. Step sequencing would be plus and maybe even some sort of synth generator or fx processing. with the processors these things have and the fact they store to flash memory..? or am I just on crack? Things taken more seriously would be done with much higher equipment, so such a device would be more in the realm of home musicians, rather than pros.
