Bought them brand new from musiciansfriend.com. One of them I've actually never used haha. I bought one for recording vocals, and another for stereo-micing guitars (which I never did haha). Going for $375+ shipping! More pictures upon request. Location in CA. One microphone is in the box, and one microphone is in the leather pouch. There is a box for that microphone, it's just not pictured haha.
