It's missing the manuals (downloadable online), the XLR-1/4" adapter which I never used and promptly lost and the USB connector cable (I think this was included but don't remember). However, I will throw in a 1GB CF card that is known to work on this unit (very hard to find nowadays), as well as the standard 128MB one that came with it.
