Members lossforgain
Okay, we all know that these aren't truly a Jazz Fest. Jazz Fests are 3ply shells with 8 lugs. These "reissue" drums are Classic Maple shells with 10 lugs. BUT (and that's a big BUT) this baby really has a few things going for her. First - the drum sounds great! One of the best Classic Maple snares I've played, and there have been many. Second - PINK OYSTER wrap! How cool is that? Third - only 250 were made, and it's a 100th anniversary drum. This drum is in excellent condition; any light handling wear comes from it having sat on display at Guitar Center. I see no issues, just covering the bases. I did not receive the catalog reprint that was supposed to have come with the drum, since the monkeys working the drum counter didn't seem to think it was important and tossed it. At any rate, you can't get one of these now, and the few I've seen on ebay have been astronomically priced. I think this price is much more than fair... $325 shipped in the US48! PM me with any questions. Thanks!
