Members saw wave analog Posted December 15, 2007 Members Share Posted December 15, 2007 sh09 pic can be seen here http://www.ilostmymind.com/upload/sh09.jpg video is here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9x0Zc-A5WdQ it works for the most part.. there is some weirdness in the envelope section, the delay slider acts like an lfo if the setting is below a certain point.. im sure its an easy fix since the thing doesnt have any chips in it as far as i remember.. i just dont really use it anymore so i dont feel like going through it i rebuilt the sliders a few years ago because they were all crusty feeling.. and the stick part of the pitch wheel has broken off, so its just a regular old wheel now heh it holds a tune just fine, the keyboard works fine, and most of its functions work fine. no idea what to ask for it.. make an offer. trades are welcome as well as for the axiom.. its in flawless condition, i bought it new. ill only get rid of it for a synth that has a midi out.. like if you have a super cool keyboard that you would trade for both the axiom and the sh09.. its on the table if you have something i want! email is reactor303 at hotmail dot com Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Members saw wave analog Posted December 16, 2007 Author Members Share Posted December 16, 2007 ok i made a little video of this thing in action so you guys can see that its a fully functional synth.. and maybe you can appriciate why ive never fixed the envelope weirdness ...have you ever heard an sh09 with a polymod section? lol anyway, the video is here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9x0Zc-A5WdQ its ugly, and has issues.. but it isnt just a parts synth.. it still sounds pretty damn good let me mention again that i rebuilt all of the sliders and switches, and have very carefully gone through the keyboard and its contacts.. it plays nicely edit: well.. my camera is messed up to begin with, but youtube totally sucked all of the brightness out of the vid for some reason so you cant see anything anymore.. oh well, the sound is what matters Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
