Members wickededdy
Hey, I am interested in the Mesa cab. What is the powerhouse jr. rated? Is it an 8ohm or a 4ohm cab? Cheers, Wes
Members pinchegordo
sorry not trolling the thread or anything, but here the deal with the mesa powerhouse series....they are conservatively rated at 350 tube amp watts, these cabs can handle upwards easily of 1000 solid state watts unreal punch and bottom end without getting flabby.my bassist has this cab and runs a {censored} ton of watts through it without issue.i believe they have inputs for multiple ohms but...and heres the great thing about boogie gear, its not really ohm sensitive,in fact boogie encourages its users to experiment with different ohm settings to attain different sounds.at $450 this is an unreal deal.these cabs will never lose resale value since they have been discontinued.
