The catalogs sell 'em new for $800, so I realistically expect trade offers for instruments worth $550 or higher and I can apply additional cash for the right instrument. I already have a fretless American Deluxe Jazz Bass, an American Deluxe Precision Bass and a Warwick Thumb 4 BO. I prefer lightweight instruments - nothing heavier than about 9 pounds, please. 4 or 5 string is fine. Things I like: EBMM Stingrays and Sterlings Spector (not the MIK stuff - let's keep to Euro or better) Peavey Cirrus (again, the USA ones) Warwick Anything else unique, interesting and of quality I'm also in the market for a US-made Steinberger GM or XQ guitar with the S-Trem or TransTrem; no R-Trem models, please.
