Members tc2112 Posted September 24, 2009 Members Share Posted September 24, 2009 What current USA model has a p and J configuration? the picture you have posted is the deluxe series P bass special made in Mexico.link to Fender is here - http://www.fender.com/products//search.php?partno=0135760306 the only 2 pickup P bass config they have currently that is USA made is the American Deluxe, and that is a P with a MM style humbucker. And - all of the P bass style 2 pup basses from fender are active pups, (Except the Duff and T. Franklin sigs, neither of which are USA made) so there should be a battery harness involved in the wiring. do you have a serial number on that bass that these PUPs came out of?
