I believe it is all original and it plays and sounds fantastic. The original white finish has yellowed to a beautiful cream color. Some minor dings here and there and there is a screw missing from the back of the A tuning key, but it has always stayed in tune beautifully. Also, the bottom corner of the pickguard chipped off by the jack, but a previous owner put a washer under the screw and it holds it perfectly.
