This is the original series of Sterlings not the newer, cheaper version. I've been playing 5 string for the most part for awhile now so I don't have a need for this bass anymore. The Music Man Sterling 4-String Bass features: active 3-band preamp, a Music Man humbucker with hum Canceling phantom coil, and unique 3-way switching (both coils in series mode, single coil, and both coils in parallel mode).
