There is a small chip in the paint and a couple scratches, but nothing major. The previous owner took off the bottom piece of rubber and covered it with velcro instead, to attach it to his board. This pedal sounds awesome and works perfect. Looking to get $110.00 for it, which does not include shipping. Will take Paypal if you cover the fee's.
