Outside of some blemishes where the stomp switch meets the underside (shown in the pictures -- note the area where the red pick is), this unit looks pretty much mint. All paperwork comes with pedal, not just the manual. I am based in the USA, but I will ship overseas IF we can agree to additional shipping costs.
