Members surfingbird Posted February 3, 2010 Members Share Posted February 3, 2010 Where to start? board - 21x12" w/ 5" additional in the base board for an expression, wah,etc total - 26x14" First its custom painted, welded and sanded sheet metal (super strong - super light), then painted gloss red , then gloss army green. -the point was to have it relic in layers to have a cool relic look - and it is amazing the surrounding angle protectors on the base board are painted to match the same way the front is latched to lift up and access the underside the base board and pedalboard innard are poplar wood, three stage sanded and stained with black stain lightly, then I applied polyacrylic in the underside a gator g-bus 8 (8-9v 3-18v) powersupply plugged into a power strip hardwired (check pic) check the craftsmanship - to much time spent make offers - no trades please Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
