It's a fantastic fuzz and point to point handwired by John Fromel. In mint condition with box and papers. No velcro and still has the rubber feet. Controls are: Volume, Attack and internal bias for the transistors. The pedal also has a battery kill switch - very useful for the pedalboard.... The transistors are CV7003's which are the military version of OC44's...
