Members Swimrunner
not trying to be mean/offensive or whatever but unless that's some kind of special model you'll probably be getting it sold in the $1800-$2100 range, check ebay if you don't believe me. Members Coustfan'01
So you think a couple of hours of playing is worth 31 bucks? Hate to tell you but the other guy is right...As soon as it's out of the store it loses value . And you have 8 posts . But , best of luck to you . Members wwjd388
Listen, Im not trying to be rude either, but that guitar is new, from a dealer(huge price jump there) and a ten top. Yours it not a ten top, nor new, nor from an official dealer. Search eBay for PRS custom 24. The highest non ten top is $2,200. And it comes with a set of SD pickups as well. Sorry man, but you are gonna have to lower your price.
Members Valtiel
I agree with these guys, I got my Tortoise CU22 20th Anniversary Artist Package for $2500. I would expect $1900 tops.
Members stratmaster48
I'm also going to have to back the other guys. Even if it's brand new, as soon as you took it home, it lost at least $500. It's used goods once you leave the store with it.
Members colin617
I paid less than that for mine NEW (plus, mine had pickup covers)
Members jay3265E
...Yours it not a ten top... It actually is a ten top. But I agree that the price is steep. Sounds like he'd have an easier time going back to the dealer to try and get a refund of some sort. I'm not sure that an educated consumer would pay that price. That said, this is a free country and the last time I checked, people could charge whatever they want for anything they want.
Members jiffy999
I actually paid $3300 for this sucka, lucky I'm able to take this back to the dealer. Gonna trade for a amp maybe I just don't need an expensive guitar. Thanks
Members jimmireal
It actually is a ten top. what makes you say its a ten top? just curious, theres no pic of the back of the head and ive seen much more defined tops that dont have the ten on them. im not trying to be rude or nothin
Members mhenson42
^he linked to a guitar as an example that was a 10 top. Plus if he paid over $3,000 for a non 10 top he must have been high. List for that guitar is $3,320 + 360 for birds + 650 for 10 top flame = $4,330 list for that guitar new. $4,330 x .65 = $2,815.50. This is the most anyone should have paid new for that guitar. Any more than that you overpaid. There are tons of online dealer who sell at 65% of list as there no haggle price. If you are lucky you might get it for 60% of list which would be $2,598. $2,000 - $2,500 for that guitar since it is brand new would be a reasonable price on the used market so it is a good thing that you can return it. Members jiffy999
Turns out I can't return it, I'd sell it for $2500. Looks like I paid to much for this thing. I'm loosing big time.
