Has the open book headstock, 3 way toggle switch, 3 pickups, white w/ crean binding, Grover tuners, gold hardware, MOP trapazoid fret markers and headstock. It's all stock and plays great. It has finish cracks along the binding and neck joint due to lifting at the neck and paint chips at the bottom.
