Warranty card, original purchase card, trem arm, and screwdriver for the locking nut included. The back plate is NOT included. I cannot find this anywhere. This guitar has been played for a while. Fully functional, yet sometimes when the input jack is bumped (harder than normal), it crackles a bit. No dings or cracks, just a lot of pick marks and the hardware is wearing (due to them being black). I did include brand new parts for the Floyd Rose because the string lock screws are looking rusty due to age. The case is starting to peel back as shown in the picture, but can easily be repaired with glue. Case has some scuffing, but overall in excellent condition, with all the latches working.
