No metal guitars please. Some notes: Guitar is fully shielded. Treble bleed is installed. Master tone is installed to make room for... Blender pot (to blend the neck/bridge pups in in conjunction with the position of the 5 way). I can undo anything that's been done to the guitar if that's what you desire. Don't know why you'd want to though. Everything is very professional and works great. It's now a very functional, VERY quiet Stratocaster. The volume knob can be used to reduce gain and volume without taking a serious hit to your high end. It has one of the more flamey necks I've seen on an EJ Strat in recent times. It's a 2007. I haven't seen a SINGLE EJ from 2008 or 2009 with a flamed maple neck. I really think the photos they have on the Fender and MusiciansFriend website are false advertising. It sucks that fender raised there prices across the board like that but it's good for the people that own the gear already. How often does that happen, every decent fender product goes up in value at the same time? I was anticipating this Traynor that I have for a while and now that I have it I want to find guitars that fit the amp more than I want to find an amp that fits the guitar. It's a BRIGHT amp. So the Strat thing although wonderful maybe isn't the best fit. I'll regret trading/selling probably a week or two after I do. If i ever do. If I don't find anything I like it won't break my heart to keep it by any means. it's a fantastic guitar and as you can see, quite a looker. I really want a Deluxe or Traditional. A deluxe would be awesome.
