Members wackawa
ive been on a mission to try to find a music store that has them, even 1!, in stock. no dice. im in desperate need of a 25 key controller and do not like the maudio or edirol offerings. on the surface, the photon seems like a smokin deal, but ive realized that its only usb 1.1 compliant. kinda odd for something fairly new. my experience with recording audio with usb is slim, but i remember not being enamored with usb 1.0 transfers. in all fairness it was on a pIII 500 MHz machine!! i really would like to get the xstation 25, but wouldnt mind savin a few pennies and go the alesis route...... any thoughts? anthony by the way, i was in the sam ash in phoenix and the alesis rep was there. he was going to see what he could do to get a few of those in stock there. the store manager wants at least one for people to check out. oh yeah, i also spent alot of time playing on the micron..... i was this close to buyin it. talk about fun!! anthony (again)
