Normal playing wear. Guitar purchased from Wolfe in 2007 after I played 20 of them in the store (I live near the Wolfe shop in South Florida) and found the best sounding one in the store. I just bought a Heritage H-535 which arrived today from robail. Can't put it down!!!!!!!! My (old?) #1 is (was) a Heritage H-150. Good luck with your sale, these are sweet guitars.
