Members cada7
I know this would take a miracle, but I would love to find my old Carvin DC-160 (or one like it) which was amber-finished ONE SOLID PIECE of CURLY MAPLE. Not even bookmatched. I was an idiot to trade it, knew where it was, attempted to buy it back, and due to understandable and forgiveable circumstances it was ebay-ed to the world. It had some wear and tear, and I would consider one like it: Full-up DC 160 model.Again solid piece of non-bookmatched curly mapleEbony fb with large mother of pearl markers Hard-tail, although I would take a trem, if it was decent and stayed in tune. It actually was a factory 2nd as it had a neck shim. It was worn in, had lots of surface buckle rash (no major dings into the wood), the gold hardware was also quite worn. This was my dream guitar. Members javashred
Been there, man - sucks! Luckily, I was able to get my guitar back. Also post here:http://forums.carvinmuseum.com/index.php Very knowledgable about Carvin's. Someone there might even have your guitar. Good luck! Members cada7
Thanks for the empathy! Indeed I am checking out Carvin Museum. Thought I might have found one, but not quite. It was a miracle for me to get it originally so who knows...?
