It has the "light back" as opposed to the "dark back" they are putting on the guitar now. Also, this guitar has the rosewood fretboard as opposed to the baked maple they are doing now. The "light back", rosewood fretboard '60's tribute are now fairly rare. The P90's sound fantastic...very beefy and articulate clean and a screaming machine dirty. It is in excellent condition except for 2 small dings in the top. (See attached photos) There is no fret wear what-so-ever. I'm selling the guitar with the Gibson American deluxe hard shell case with the white fur lining. I bought this case specifically for this guitar, so it's brand new. $730 for the whole deal.
