Members musicalpeace
Well here goes. I'm selling the only guitar that I promised myself I wouldn't sell. Last week my car insurance company declared my POS car totaled after a parking lot fender bender. Now I need to sell my favorite guitar in order to get another car. So pretty much my life sucks. Moving on to the guitar...I purchased this strat at a guitar show in SoCal mid-2008. I picked her out of 6 other deluxe strats for its awesome tone and incredible sustain. Ever since then, it she really been babied, as you can see in the pictures. I always made sure I wasn't wearing a belt buckle or a jacket with a zipper when I was playing it in order to avoid scratching the back up. Never gigged- used solely for home and studio use. Fret wear is seriously minimal and there are no dead spots whatsoever. As you can see, the guitar is also in fantastic shape cosmetically speaking. I am the original owner and I'm going to include the owner's manual and blank owner's registration card as well. Specs:-1 piece maple neck-V-neck profile-compound radius-deluxe locking tuners -2 piece alder body (sunburst)-s-1 switching-original scn noiseless pickups (extremely versatile)-2 point trem system with stainless steel saddlesP.S. Although the neck dates to 2007, the strat is actually a 2008 because the date under the pickguard is Jan 8 2008. Just so there's no confusion/ surprises. I can send more pics on request. Leave your phone number for a faster reply. I'm not too interested in trading because I'm in dire need of cash, but I am willing to at least listen to offers. Members Jimmy Clark
If it were a thin neck profile and extra Jumbo frets with a floyd!
Members musicalpeace
Yeah the neck's on the chunkier side. I find the v-neck really comfortable- just like a strat from the 50s. If my memory serves me correctly, it has 6105 jumbo frets (I think). Fantastic for blues.
