It's a great guitar I recently acquired, but 12 frets to body set up is not working out for me, I need more access. Guitar sounds great with a lot of lows and very high volume for it's size. I'd say it's as loud as average dreadnought. Structurally there are no issues at all. Cosmetically there are very minor signs of use, but no serious scratches or dings. I would rate it between near mint and excellent. This guitar use to have a pickup of some kind at some point. Not any more, but instead of replugging the end pin hole I custom made ivory end pin, so if you ever decide to put a pickup, it's all ready and no drilling is required. I also custom made an ivory pin strap to match binding and new end pin. Guitar comes with brand new Martin case that fits perfectly.
