There are some minor scuffs on the corners on the Tolex, but they are very hard to see. Comes with Stock Mesa 6L6 tubes and pre-amp tubes. No idea how many hours are on the tubes, but I fired it up and it sounds as good as my other Mark IV with new tubes so they still have some good life in them. Footswitch included. Every thing is in good working order. Only thing I did not check was the separate footswitch jacks on the back. These aren't used if you use the main footswitch which works flawlessly.
