Members ricky_lee
Early 80's Fender 75 head. $500 plus shipping CONUS This is Fender's response to Mesa. Two channels. Ch 1 is your classic Fender clean. Ch 2 is voiced very much like a Mesa MK2. Great sounding Reverb. This is the last amp that Paul Rivera designed for Fender. It's also the last of the original hand wired Fenders. After this they went to circuit board construction. This is not your traditional Fender. It's also not the easiest amp in the world to dial in tones on. There are allot of great tones in this amp, you just have to work a bit more to achieve them. These have been slow to catch on with any sort of collectors market as they are non-traditional, but are finally starting to get some attention and prices have doubled over the past year or two. This is a clean example of a vintage Fender that is definitely the last of it's era and has collectors potential. Cabinet is really clean with only a couple of minor scuffs in the vinyl. New caps and tubes. JJ 6L6 GC power Tubes and Groove Tubes 12AX7s in the preamp. Caps and tubes were professional work. Really clean, sounds great. Can't get pics to work on here. Members Puddlegum
Great amp. I just posted my 75 112 combo up here last night. Funny, I haven't seen too many of these for sale.
Members donnievaz
I've never even heard of this amp and today I see 2 for sale. I wonder if it's one of the Riviera designed models. I thinks it's from right around that era.
