There is some rack rash and a couple places where the black paint was repaired, but overall, I would rate it a solid 8.5 out of 10 cosmetically and perfect functionally. $550 shipped insured in the conus. I will NOT ship internationally. I have it racked in a nice 10 space non shockmount hard plastic rack with a Merit power conditioner. The Merit has a VHT sticker on it. If you want the rack and Merit, add $100. I will ship it all mounted and ready to go. Add 3% if you want to pay via paypal. Sounds GREAT with a Studio. I ran one with it for a while. FWIW, this is my favorite power amp. I ran it with: JMP-1 Prophesy ENGL 530 Axe Fx:love: Studio ADA MP-1 I would take these over either VHT or the 2:90, which are my second and third favorite power amps.
