Members Bones43x
I've got someone local who sent me an offer to trade a '65 Reissue Twin Reverb straight up for my Gibson SG Diablo, which is ridiculous, but I guess they had to give it a shot. I told them that I would need some cash because it seems they go for around $800-900 on e-bay. They said that was fine, and asked how much cash I wanted. Should I ask for $500 or 600? I'm thinking $600...

Members badshawn6060
They are not worth much. Not because they aren't great amps. They are fantastic, easy to dial in, just the right amount of cut, nice medium gain tones. The only downside to them is they weigh a {censored}IN TON.I bought one last year for 450 cash in new condition but that isn't the norm. I see them on Craigslist from 600-800 all the time. Members Bones43x
This one was supposedly mint and only used a few hours so I figured $800. I asked for $600 on top of it, but they couldn't swing it. I get so irritated with people sending ridiculous trade offers. I got an offer to trade a Yamaha YZ250 for my RG1527. Depending on the condition of the bike, that could have been a great deal, but I have not place for a dirt bike. Plus it was stated clearly in the ad that I was ONLY interested in guitars.
