Members Atari Tech
I have a VST called foundation, It's a collection of hip hop loops in a rompler format. I bought it a few months ago and entered in the serial number and it works fine. However to use any of the sounds in tracks that you wish to release you have to register it through E-labs (the company that released the program) website. However the website had no way to register saying it was under construction. Now the website is of a new company under the e-lab name, which purchased all of e-lab's content. however they supply no way to register the software. I e-mailed the american distributor (Big Fish Audio) and they said that i could register through their website. they have not emailed me back even though their form said that they would do so in 36c hours. i sent them another e-mail asking about this but they have not emailed me back. I had a small problem as they asked for an unlock code, which the software did not have (all you used was the serial number). so what should i do ?(as i like the program and wish to use it's sounds)
Members Yoozer
Instead of emailing, use the phone. You'll get a much faster answer and they'll take you more seriously. Even though e-mail is a convenient means of communication that can save time, not replying is also convenient .
