Powered by 2 EL84's and 3 12AX7's. Has a pair of compensated, balanced direct outs which work great going straight to your DAW or PA. You can choose either 12" or 10" speaker emulation via push buttons on the rear. Since it's a stereo unit these work independently of one another as do the 4/8 ohm speaker outs. Will do hotrodded Marshall tone nicely without any additional help. Looking to get $425.00 shipped. PM with any questions.

WOW,

never thought id see 1 of these again.

these are great amp.

best clean sound ever, and great pedal amp as well.

Yep, it's really a great piece of gear. I can't believe it hasn't gotten more interest. It's the best direct recording interface I've ever used and as you said, the cleans are amazing.

Some basic info from the manual:
You can drive any combination of 8 ohm and 4 ohm guitar cabinets from these
connectors. Be sure that the ohm selector switch matches the rating for the
connected cabinet. (You can, for example, connect an 8 Ohm cabinet to the left
and a 4 Ohm cabinet to the right.).
Although the Signature 284 uses a low power design, it has plenty of power to
drive any 1 or 2 speaker guitar cabinet rated at 4 or 8 Ohms. (4x12 half-stacks
that can be split for stereo also sound great.) As the type of cabinet has a big
effect on the overall sound, you can create many different tonal voices by
changing cabinets. When using stereo effects, you will probably want to use
matched cabinets for the left and right speakers, but be sure to experiment with
using two different cabinets at once
