It's an all-tube amp head w/ reverb and two matching speaker cabs (stock Eminence speakers sound great!) and Gibson Power Stealth Attenuator (16 Ohm). Great little 20 watt head. I bought the Gibson Power Stealth to run the two 1x12 cabinets. Works great for small to medium venues. Everything is in excellent condition and I can provide the speaker cables for the rig as well.
