Members ArchisT Posted September 1, 2007 Members Share Posted September 1, 2007 i got an old Lotus Les Paul copy from the 70s, all its hardware is shot so it would be something nice to build from, ive been meaning to, but money is too tight. so i'd love to sell it to u as long as u keep me updated on its progress. comes with a decent hardshell case too. Members TRevMFB Posted September 1, 2007 Members Share Posted September 1, 2007 i have an old 70's lespaul body.. i forget who made it, it's stripped down to the wood already.. i was going to use it for a project that never happend after i sanded and stripped the old paint off, i also have a neck that fits the pocket if you're interested. Members ArchisT Posted September 1, 2007 Members Share Posted September 1, 2007 the electronics are complete {censored}, all original from the 70s, now the thing about this guitar is its an exact copy, the headstock is the same as Gibsons. its because of guitars like this that Gibson filed lawsuits back in the day. the pickups might work but the pots and input and all that are faulty. the fret wear is amazing, its worn down just enough to make it feel perfect, very smooth.
