Members Moxley110 Posted January 27, 2009 Members Share Posted January 27, 2009 1300-1800? good luck with that, i hope your expectations aren't too high. i can post a link to a 1983 LPC Black Beauty in Vancouver, but it is beaten to hell. definitely needs new hardware. it is $1800 CAD.. its been up for a long time, it WAS $1900. you could probably talk the guy down a bit. oh, and it has a kahler. as for headstock repairs, i doubt you'll see much from the norlin era anyways. they had volutes, which strengthened the headstock/neck transition.. in any case, even if there was a repair, it would actually be more structurally sound than a les paul with no repair to the headstock.
