Members jagr
If you know about this exercise sorry. I'm really bored at work. This is a little exercise I do to relieve tension in my alternate picking. When I first started this my hand would lock up and it was extremely uncomfortable but has greatly improved my alternate picking. I start with an up stroke on the low E and then down stroke A using a variety of finger paterns and I continue this on every string in an up-down up down pattern. Then I move to a down up down up pattern staying inside the strings. (sorry for my tab skills) E-----------------------------------------------------3-----------------------B---------------------------------------3------1------------------------------G--------------------------3----1---------------------------------------------D---------------3----1-------------------------------------------------------A-----3---1------------------------------------------------------------------E--1-------------------------------------------------------------------------
