Can someone name the minor modes?

ok i got ya , i thought they had regular names , so basically you call them whatever they are

The best way to avoid confusion is to just say, for instance, 'Second mode of the melodic minor'.

Certainly, more of a mouthful than 'Phrygian #6', but if the other person only knows it as 'Dorian b2', then you've just wasted your breath. ;)
