Members pktaskes
I'm looking to dedicate some serious time to improve my playing. Anyone come to mind? Also-what should I expect to pay for a good teacher?
Members Jazz_Funk_42
I'd look into the "Musician's Studio" in Red Bank, Monmouth County. I took lessons there for about 3 years, and they were really good. You'll probably have Bob teaching you if your a beginner or lower-intermediate, great guy, funny as hell. Get him to tell you his stories from growing up in the 60's. He's is a seasoned player and definately will give you the best education possible. If your more advanced, they have a great jazz teacher I believe too. I honestly don't remember what my dad was shelling out at the time for those lessons, you should call and ask.
