Members R Anderson
I know a lot of units offer the ability to record and playback repeatedly a phrase that you are trying to learn. I currently can do this with either my BOSS BR-864 or cycling through in Garageband. But - I spend most of my quality surfing time on my desktop PC with my handy cheapo Strat clone nearby. Is there a piece of software or shareware that I can go from a MP3 or clip into a phrase trainer right on my desktop so I can work a phrase without having to bring another device into the picture? I love hearing some cool clip and then trying to figure it out... Don't we all! ThanksRussell
Members bardsley
Try Transcribe! by Seventh String Software I use it on a daily basis for transcribing tunes. The new version has a great feature where you can store different loops you create from inside each mp3, so you ccan easily move between different sections you're working on. It's not free, but you can have a 31 day demo and it's great software.
