How's the HRM on the VG-99

When the VG-8 came out it seemed like it was abt "half" of what was going on

but then when the 88 came out, itkind of took a backseat to the modeling and to "rock" modeling (stuff that was popular for rock music - and hey, I don't blame em - that's probably the lion's share of the market)

which was less satisfying for other stuff (nylon players I've run into, including myself, often pref the older 8 over the 88)

has the 99 bumped up the HRM or is it just sort of along for the ride as another feature (with maybe the design team banking that the pitch-to-midi would cover user's desire for non-guitaristic sounds)?

All the preceding examples was guitar+VG99 but this one is guitar, VG99,

MIDI out to a series of softsynths as well as regular guitar out into my full

regular guitar rig (mesa studio + lexicon vortex + tc electronic g sharp).

The last track was recorded live to two track, I could GIG that rig and get all those sounds

live with just me and a pile of gear.
