Members Karma1 Posted February 19, 2011 Members Posted February 19, 2011 Just thought I'd post a couple of short clips from songs where I used my Sustainiac-equipped guitar (PRS Santana SE w/ Duncan Custom Custom (bridge) and Roland GK guitar synth pickup through a Mesa Boogie Studio 22+ and Zoom G9.2tt multi effects. Both clips are from my Indigo Moon CD (http://www.cdbaby.com/cd/mdiamond2 - the one in my avatar) This clip is an ambient electronic soundscape: http://soundcloud.com/michael-diamond/sustainiac-clip-ambient This clip is instrumental rock with an obvious nod to Carlos Santana, one of my main influences. The organ playing is by Jefferson Starship keyboardist Pete Sears: http://soundcloud.com/michael-diamond/02-sustainiac-clip-rock The sound of the Sustainiac is a bit more evident on the ambient track, although while I didn't play as many long sustained notes on the rock track, the Sustainiac adds some harmonic content to the tone and gives that "verge of feedback" sound in places.
