Members woude Posted June 15, 2005 Members Share Posted June 15, 2005 The looks? It's ugly I liked the sounds of it! I haven't compared it to another tremmelo a/b. I have a tube driven brownface style trem in my amp and although it sounds much more original and fatter, the line6 trem has way more options and speed range. I liked the speeding up and slowing down trem sounds, I liked the overall sound quality. It's on the same quality and usability level as a line6 echopark. I tried the other tonecore pedals too, I didn't like the ubermetal, crunchtone, and chorus. Constrictor was not that bad at all... I loved the Echopark! I like the switch that goes from optical, bias, and pan, pretty cool to switch on the fly. The fact that you set it so the speed of the tremelo based on the dynamics of your playing. Pretty sweet to hit a chord, have the tremelo really fast, and slow down as the chord fades out. Also, you can get some really awesome ring modulation going with the speed up all the way.
