Does anyone mod the Digitech XP100?

ok, I almost forgot I know a tech at Digitech, he's helped me over the years with some digitech peds : pds8000, dhp-33, etc.......we've gotten to know each other a bit.

 

I'll ask him and if he does do a bypass mod I'll put you two in contact.

Either way, if you want to add stuff to improve the bypass, get a proper true bypass box. Messing about with Y cables and such will not improve the situation at all - it might even make things worse, if you're unlucky. A properly wired TB box is the way to go.

hmmm....I never really gave his advice much thought.

I just posted it, i figured he meant the same thing as making a

makeshift loop. But I agree with you on a good bypass box. and like I said in my previous post ; amplifire.....you may want to look into somesort of bypass system such as a Looper or make one.
