Members kinski_paganini
Hey there, folks. I play through a Genz Benz El Diablo that has three effects loops. My current pedal collection is as follows: effects loop return: Electroharmonix Deluxe Memory Man > Analog Man Clone Chorus > Voodoo Labs Tremelo > BOSS DD-5 > BOSS PH-2 > effects loop send and in front of the amp: Korg DT-10 tuner > BOSS NS-2 I have recently moved my signal chain into the global effects loop so that both channels will have effects (I use ample delay for lead guitar) on them. My one issue is this: There are some effects that I like to keep on all the time (namely the chorus) for use with the clean channel, but I absolutely HATE the sound of chorus on distortion. I figure I should invest in some sort of Looper A/B pedal (or whatever) in order to take the unwanted sounds out my chain when I don't need them, but I don't really know where to begin. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. thanks,Alec
Members wacopacco
you know, i think i'm the only one alive that thinks chorus on a clean tone sounds cheesy, but thinks that chorus on an overdrive tone sounds cool:(
Members lowbasslowbass
If you can afford it, consider buying the best: Carl Martin Combinator 2.
Members dot-dot-dot
I'd think it'd be worth considering something like one of the Axcess switchers (probably spelled that wrong) or the GCX kit - it could, I believe, switch amp channels and FX loops at the same time.
