Members isd
I connected my s90se with a USB cable and tried to make midi synchronization. I somewhat managed to record midi and play it back on the s90es.But the internal tone generator of the s90es isn't desactivated. That means when I press a note there is a midi signal that goes to the computer then comes back from the computer to trigger the internal tone generator for this note, but at the same time even if there wasn't the midi signal the note would be played. Well I guess the note is doubled. But I can't hear a doubled note, I just think it is doubled since I could close live and I still can play the S90es without modifying any parameter. So I think I forgot some settings somewhere... but where? Members Markyboard
You need to turn Local Control off on the S90ES when using Live: UtilityMIDI (F5)SWITCH(SF2)Local Ctrl BTW if you double trigger the piano sound you won't hear 2 notes distinctly but I find it sounds aweful. Members isd
In fact I was hearing doubles in some cases and in other cases not... strange. And it is in modifying a setting in my sequencer software that I solved the problem before reading your mail.I will anyway do the Keyb Ctrl manip to be sure ^^Thank you very much.
