I've tried a PQI Intelligent PRO170 which is the smallest I found, but I am on my second one, neither of which I even got a chance to put a file on before they broke, and a Lexar Jump Drive, which locks up any computers it's plugged into after about five minutes. My 1 Gig iRiver unit has been hanging on the handlebars of my motorcycle for 2 years now and has never failed once! It's a small internal drive unit.
